About OTARGod
OTARGod is a Cloudflare-native community comic, lore and participation application centred on the fictional COMSEC deity OTAR. It is entertainment and community satire, not authoritative COMSEC guidance.
Canon authority lives in the separate OTARGod book repository. This application owns presentation, publication records, participation, moderation and distribution.
